CRM Support & Development Group
The CRM Support and Development Group meet every six weeks and are made up of a mix of customer services and IT experts from across the partnership. Its aim is to guide the development of the partnership's CRM system to the benefit of all partners.
Key responsibilities include devising and managing the CRM development plan, as well as ensuring that the system is adequately supported and that partners are trained in the latest system developments.
The group works closely with the Connects Customer First Group to ensure that partnership IT systems, particularly CRM, support customer service delivery.
As with other partner partnership bodies, the chairmanship is rotated.
