Connects Customer First Group
Connects Customer First Group (CCFG) meets every six weeks and is made up of customer services managers from each of the 10 partners. Its role is to share the vision around the development of professional customer services and focus on areas where benefit can be gained from joint working. This includes
- Working together on areas like training, accreditation and good practice to get the benefit of working across partners
- Researching and recommending new ways of working, including tackling issues like data-sharing
CCFG aims to improve not only the customer experience, but also deliver efficiencies.
The Chairmanship currently sits with Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.
